You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, re-sell, display, post or transmit any part of this site without the permission of RAINPOD. You may view or print individual pages only for your own personal use.
This site should only be used for information purposes. RainPod shall not be liable for any damage or loss that may occur in the use of any of the information contained or advice given on this site, except as stated in the terms and conditions of sale (where applicable) and to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law. RainPod is not responsible for the site's accuracy, its fitness for a particular purpose, or the reliability of access to this site.
RainPod is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of, or inability to use, this site. RainPod does not guarantee that this site will operate free of error or that it is free from computer viruses or any other contaminating computer program.
We will not be liable to you, or in breach of the Contract, for delay or failure to perform due to any causes beyond the reasonable control of RainPod or its suppliers, including but not limited to acts of god, civil commotion, industrial dispute, riots, flood and legislation.
This site also contains links to other sites which are not under the control of, and are not maintained by, RainPod. These links are provided for your convenience only, and RainPod is not responsible for the content or availability of those sites.
Any details which you provide to us from which we can identify you are held and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All prices quoted are in British pounds (£). If the price goes up or down between you placing and receiving your order, we will honour the original price.
We aim to display only items that are in stock and which can be dispatched to you quickly. From time to time we may sell out of some lines, in which case we will aim to advise you within the 10–14 day delivery period. If this occurs, you'll be given the option to order an alternative or receive a full refund for the price you paid.
Products sold on www.save-rainwater.co.uk are for use in a domestic setting. If you wish to purchase items for commercial use, please contact us directly via email at info@save-rainwater.co.uk.
If you change your mind about anything you order, you can cancel free of charge so long as you do so within 14 working days of receipt of goods — no reason required. If your order is already on its way, we will still cancel it without charge, except that we reserve the right to charge for the return of goods where necessary. We guarantee to refund your money within 30 days of cancellation.
We aim to deliver goods of the highest quality. Where the Goods are products, we warrant that they will meet their specification.
RainPod reserves the right to remove, modify or change, without notice, any information on this site from time to time. RainPod may change these terms at any time by posting notice of the changes on the site. If you use the site after we've posted changes, you'll be bound by the new terms — so please check back each time you use the site.
Emails to you will be sent to the address you specify to us. You must only provide us with a valid email address, and it is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to that address.
If any provision of these terms is found by any court or authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as removed without affecting the enforceability of the rest, nor its validity in any other jurisdiction. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. These terms supersede any representation made by us or our employees or agents.
Your contract with us does not affect your statutory rights.
These terms and your use of this site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of England and Wales.
Installation of our products will require the use of hand or power tools, such as drills, hand saws and screwdrivers, so a low level of DIY knowledge is required.
In severe cold spells, where temperatures drop below 0°C for more than a few days, we recommend isolating and draining your RAINPOD.
Simply close the inlet shut-off valve (or disconnect from the diverter on older models), close all connected water butt taps, and disconnect your hose from the base of RAINPOD. All the water in the pod will quickly drain out.
RAINPOD is sold as a pre-assembled product. All RAINPOD parts are made from brand new, premium heavy-duty, high-pressure PVCu components. In some instances you may find scuff marks on RAINPOD, but this is only where the plastic manufacturers have been storing this particular component, and will not affect how the product works in any way.
