Returns & Refunds Policy

The following information is for guidance only and does not affect our formal Terms and Conditions.

1. Damaged or Faulty Goods

We take great care in describing our products accurately on our website. Consequently, we only accept returns if an item is damaged in transit or arrives with a manufacturing fault. Items must be returned in their original condition (with the exception of the reported damage) within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or a full refund.

Mandatory Notification: To qualify for a refund or replacement due to transit damage, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Return Shipping & Fees

Faulty/Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of the return.

Discretionary Returns: If a return is accepted for any reason other than damage or fault, the customer is liable for the delivery charge to return the item.

Return Methods:

Collection: We can arrange a collection for you. Please email info@save-rainwater.co.uk to establish the cost for the return of your order.

Post Office: You may also send the order back via Post Office standard delivery.

3. General Terms

All items must be physically returned to our facility before a refund or replacement is processed.

Refunds will be issued within 7 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

4. How to Report an Issue

If we have made an error with your delivery or your item is faulty, please email the details immediately to info@save-rainwater.co.uk. For verified errors or faults, we will refund the cost of Post Office standard parcel delivery once the goods are received.
