For orders placed on-line, we deliver to a single mainland UK address.
We aim to send out all weekly orders received every Thursday. Each order is sent via a fast, fully tracked 24 hour delivery service via DHL. Depending on which day you order, please allow 3 - 5 working days for dispatch to be safe.
You will also receive full tacking info and a 1 hour delivery slot for your convenience.
All orders that have a value of £26 or over will be dispatched using the above DHL service.
For smaller items like accessories or for orders under the value of £26, these will be sent using the Royal Mail.
Our pricing system is as follows:
£0.00 - £25.99 = £4.45 (Royal Mail 1st Class)
£0.00 - £25.99 = £3.45 (Royal Mail 2nd Class)
£26.00 & over = £7.95 (DHL)
For out of stock products, we try to guarantee delivery within 28 days of order your order being placed. If we unable to deliver within 28days we will only proceed with an order with your agreement.
Deliveries are made Monday - Friday 8:00am - 6pm, we cannot guarantee any delivery on a Saturday.
We are happy to deliver to any Mainland UK address. For certain products we are also able to deliver to the Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Sicily and Northern Ireland - please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org check, and we will arrange carriage on request (an additional surcharge may apply). To ensure that our couriers can deliver, the delivery address should be a full address including postcode.
If you are out, the courier will leave a calling card at your home.
You can then telephone the local depot and either re-arrange the delivery or collect yourself from the depot, within 7 working days of the first delivery. After 7 working days the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and our customer services team will contact you. Please note that goods "left safe" upon customer's instructions are left at the customer's own risk.
The majority of goods are shipped from our premises; where products are shipped from other locations and in these cases you may receive more than one delivery.
IMPORTANT: When signing for the delivery, if there is any damage to the box at all please sign for as "damaged" or do not accept the delivery. All items damaged in transit must be notified to us by sending an email to email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to do this may result in the item not being replaced.
The legal stuff
When you place an order you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This e-mail does not constitute acceptance amounting to a contract; acceptance takes place when the product is dispatched, until which time save-rainwater.co.uk are entitled to withdraw the offer.
Save-rainwater.co.uk will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery and will not be liable for any loss or damage to goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions..
