All online orders ship via DHL's fully tracked 24-hour service, with a 1-hour delivery window notification so you're never left guessing.

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll sort a full replacement or refund — we cover return costs too.

Water butts are collection-only from our supplier, City Plumbing. We'll send you an order and collection number for your local branch. Order anything else alongside your water butt and it'll arrive as a separate delivery from us.
We aim to deliver out-of-stock products within 28 days. If we can't meet that window, we'll only go ahead with your order once you've agreed to it. Deliveries run Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm — we can't guarantee Saturday delivery.
We're happy to deliver to any mainland UK address. For certain products, we can also reach the Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland — email info@save-rainwater.co.uk to check, and we'll arrange carriage on request (a surcharge may apply). Please include a full address with postcode so our couriers can deliver.
If you're out, the courier will leave a calling card. You can then call the local depot to rearrange delivery or collect within 7 working days — after that, the parcel returns to our warehouse and our customer service team will be in touch. Goods left at your instruction ("left safe") are left at your own risk.
Most goods ship from our premises, though some may arrive as more than one delivery.
Any damage at all — sign for it as "damaged," or don't accept the delivery.
Notify info@save-rainwater.co.uk of any transit damage — after 48 hours we may not be able to replace it.
When you place an order you'll receive a confirmation email. This does not itself constitute acceptance of a contract — acceptance takes place when the product is dispatched, until which point save-rainwater.co.uk is entitled to withdraw the offer.
Save-rainwater.co.uk is not liable for loss caused by late delivery, nor for loss or damage to goods once delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
