SINGLE WATER BUTT SETUP 

Quick & Simple

RAINPOD™ can be fitted directly to your drainpipe to ensure all water is collected and sent to your water butts.

With it's slim line, space saving design, it can be installed onto any property. In most cases RAINPOD™ would replace your previous water butt & it can now be placed in its new preferred location.

TOP TIP: Install RAINPOD™ so the "water line" is slightly lower than all your connected water butts. This will ensure all excess water travels back down the drainpipe through the built in over flow.

Any Distance

By simply maintaining the correct levels, you can move your water butt any distance from RAINPOD™. We use 1" premium hose which is included in all of our kits. 1" hose is superb to maintain a fast, steady flow rate.

As this is a gravity fed system, the further away you have your water butt, it may slow the water flow to the RAINPOD™ however it will still work well.

RAINPOD™ Connection

Connecting to RAINPOD™ could not be any simpler. 

Either by using the supplied multi-hose adapter which caters for 1", 3/4" and 1/2" hose. For a fast flow we recommend 1" hose throughout although smaller diameter hose will work but with a restricted flow.

Or if you buy any of our water butt connection kits, the base caters for  our unique 1" jumbo hose connector to quickly connect and disconnect to your pod.

When you have cut your hose pipe to your desired lenght, simply attached the quick fit connection & snap it onto the base.

Water Butt Connection

To connect to the base of your water butts, we recommend using our fast flow 90 degree connecters. This come in all of our water butt kits or you can buy them seperately from our shop.

You can simply replace your water butt tap with one these 1" bends and simply connect your 1" pipe securely to it.

OR

You can keep your water butt tapp and drill an additional 25mm hole.
