What about leaves/moss & other debris?

We sell a budget-friendly, super simple, leaf catcher. It fits into the top of your downpipe in seconds to quickly stop debris from falling down the downpipe. If your downpipe is severely built up with debris, for best results would be to clean your gutters followed by a leaf catcher.  Buy here for £3.99.

Winter Maintenance: In severe cold spells where temperatures drop under 0 degrees for more than a few days, we recommend to isolate and drain your RAINPOD. 

Simply close the inlet shut-off valve (or disconnect from diverter (older models), close all connected water butt taps, and disconnect your hose from the base of RAINPOD. All the water in the pod will quickly drain out.

Please note: RAINPOD is sold as a pre assembled product. All RAINPOD parts are made from brand new, premium heavy duty, high pressure PVCU components. In some instances you may find some scuff marks on RAINPOD but this is only where the plastic manufacturers have been storing this particular component and will not effect how this product works in any way.
